Our development at Redcliffe Parade and Redcliffe Place is certainly gaining national attention.
As well as articles in the likes of the Daily Mail, The Telegraph, The Sunday Times and Country Life, Bristol Life and The Bristol Magazine, Redcliffe Parade has just been recognised with a national award. The widely respected Housebuilder Awards have named our development “Refurbishment Project of the Year”.
The awards, organised by the leading trade publication Housebuilder Magazine, attract entries from all over the UK – from independent developers to the big housebuilders – so it is a real testament to everyone involved in this amazing residential project that Redcliffe Parade was recognised in this hotly contested category.
3-8 Redcliffe Parade is located in the Redcliffe Conservation Area in Bristol and is part of a Grade II listed Georgian terrace built originally in 1768. In 2015, we purchased the six townhouses, most recently used as offices, and we’ve since painstakingly restored and adapted the listed terrace back to its original residential use. The 1970s extension to the rear of the Terrace, now called Redcliffe Place, has also been beautifully converted from its original offices use, to stunning apartments.
The work undertaken at Redcliffe Parade has involved a meticulous restoration of the listed terrace into 16 apartments, with 14 apartments created within Redcliffe Place.
Our work at Redcliffe Parade is certainly turning heads. As well as being recognised by the Housebuilder Awards, Redcliffe Parade was named Residential Development of the Year in the Michelmores Property Awards, and was a finalist in both the RICS Awards for the South West Region, and the SWBI Property Awards.
Thank you to everyone who has helped make this such an amazing development.
